RESPONSIBILITIES
--Execute and hand code complex designs, taking a project from mock up through production and support.
--Apply design styles to new pages and layouts
--Estimate project length and communicate daily status with team
--QA work in multiple browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, ect)
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS - must have:
--Very strong JavaScript/AJAX programming skills
--Expert knowledge of CSS and HTML
--Exposure to different JavaScript frameworks, understanding of appropriate uses
--Experience with compatibility testing (cross-browser, W3C validation)
--3+ years of professional software development experience in a large site development environment.
--BS or MS in Computer Science, UI Design or related field
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - nice to have:
--Experience with Cold Fusion
--Experience w/ SVN(subversion)
--Experience with effective SEO tagging (familiar with Google best practice SEO guide)
--ActionScript and Web video experience are a plus
--Solid skills in graphic design, with an eye for typography and intuitive layout
