Experis is actively seeking a SAP Security Consultant who's successfully gone through 3 full life cycle implementations and can assist our client to deliver this solution successfully. Position will be located in downtown Chicago.

Description: The Security Consultant is responsible for leading the design and implementation of the security solution for the PI Program. The Security Consultant duties include but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, setup and configuration, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, implementation, go-live activities and production support. The Security Consultant will work closely with the COE Functional Teams as well as local implementation team to design and build the overall security solution to meet PepsiCos business needs. The Security Consultant will be engaged in all aspects of project management. This includes project planning, leadership and management of internal and external resources, management of project execution, risk management, schedule and cost control, communication, issue resolution, and contingency planning. -Responsible for working with the project team on the security design and supporting all related development activities -Responsible for all Security Specialists (COE and Sector) and ensuring they are cross trained on all the Enterprise Systems platforms and closely associated applications (bolt-on applications) -Works with the Infrastructure/Technology/Process Team Leads to coordinate the interaction of the Enterprise Systems Security Team with the functional and technical teams. -Responsible for deploying additional security tools such as GRC, CSI Accelerator etc. -Maintains and provides status to the Tech Team Lead and overall project management when requested.

-Responsible for the implementation of security controls, including the creation and implementation of security profiles for named users and processes related security additions, deletions and changes.
-Manages assigned security related issues.
-Partners with the functional teams and audit teams as required.
-Partners with other team members involved in user ID creation, adds, deletes and changes such as help desk teams.
-Responsible for coordinating members of different teams to address and resolve any issues or problems.
-Ability to work collaboratively across project teams
-Ability to plan and organize development work & deliverables
-Prepare detailed project plans for the Security Team.
-Track and report project status on a regular basis including identifying, categorizing and escalating project issues that need management attention.
-Control scope. -Function as the primary interface between senior management and the Security Team.
-Ability to work collaboratively across project teams
-Ability to achieve results towards deadlines and deliverables
-Knowledgeable on PepsiCo's IT policies and practices -SAP Security knowledge
-Familiarity with audit, business controls or separation of duty is a plus.
-Ability to facilitate complex design decisions for Finance amongst (often) competing priorities.
-Ability to drive to closure, manage to deadlines and move the team deliverables forward, striking the right balance between consensus and direction, as well as between an inadequately simple and a perfect design.
-Ability to present and defend design decisions across functional areas.
-Ability to coordinate technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure alignment of resources. -Possess good decision making skills.
-Be an excellent communicator.
-Have expertise in project management.
-Be organized and capable of multi-tasking.

Requirements:
-2+ years experience leading / managing working in a large project team environment
-Minimum of 5+ years experience in implementing SAP Security.
-Demonstrated hands on configuration knowledge
-Minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations
