Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Analyst

Description:
Seeking experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Analyst to serve as team lead for Oracle Business Systems at Flexera Software. Must have 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Finance (GL, AP, AR) and HR (core) modules. The ideal candidate will have both strong functional analyst and leadership skills, as a requirement of the position will be to serve as the primary IT liaison to Finance and Human Resources business units.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:
Meeting Facilitation
• Business Process Definition & Design
• Requirements Gathering & Definition
• Creating Functional Design Specifications and DFDs
• Writing Use Cases for User Acceptance Testing
• Ability to Administer and solve basic user needs on the E-Business Platform
• Manage work intake process and projects
• Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple teams on common issues
• Ability to lead/manage 3rd party technical resources
Technology requirements:
• Oracle E-Business Applications Suite (Oracle Finance (GL, AP, AR) and HR (core) modules), and R12.1 preferred
• Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase skills a plus
• Oracle Discoverer Experience
• Microsoft Office SharePoint 2007
• Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project
• Oracle 10G and PL/SQL skills a plus
