The candidate is required to possess experience with JIVE (2+ years JIVE experience), HTML, CSS, FTL, JSP, RSS/ATOM, REST and SOAP, PostgresSQL,

Desired Skills:
Programmers with extensive and demonstrated experience working on social collaboration projects/platforms and drive to find innovative solutions to development challenges.

BACKGROUND:
Process of implementing JIVE software in support of social Collaboration demands within the organization. The Information Solutions Group (ISG) has a need for a Senior Developer with strong skill set in JIVE / Social collaboration area and 1 senior developer with strong Java development skill set.

Scope of Work:
The programmer will work to create JIVE instances (intranet and extranet versions). He/she will be responsible for developing a new Social Media experience leveraging best practices and work closely with the technical and business teams to enhance existing platform functionality. Where possible the developer will suggest system enhancements to increase system performance and reliability. The senior developer is expected to work closely with technical staff and support them in an ongoing project for social collaboration.
