Status: Open
Location: Ridgefield, CT
Description:
The resource will be involved in modifying existing interfaces between the SAP T&E Module and an external Weblogic system. T&E is a BSP application that uses a lot of object-oriented technology, involving ABAP primarily. The resource should be very strong in the MVC methodology, Object-Oriented ABAP and BSP development experience. The BSP needs to be modified, and enhanced as per the functional requirements that will be provided. The developer will also need to modify the data dictionary to add new custom fields. The T&E interface is connected to the external system via SAP-XI. The resource is expected to help build the XI interface (basic skills should be enough - basic transformation and mapping). If the BSP/ABAP/XI resource is not available, we can compromise on XI (though we would really like to have someone who knows all these tools and technologies). This resource will closely work with the in-house development team to design and develop the solution.
All the code written will be reviewed by the in-house developer to check for standards and coding bugs. The in-house developer will be responsible for all deployments. The developer (consultant) is expected to work with the testing team during unit testing, and provide quick turnaround for issues found in testing
